Just love these wonderful handmade soaps

I'm getting sick and tired of using the same soap each day. A friend told me to try making my very own organic soap. She says it's not that difficult to make. After going through the long list of items she told me to buy, i gave up, LOL!!!! My Gawdddd.... i need to go to at least five different shops, all at different locations just to buy everything. No way. I really dont have the time nor the patience to source all the stuffs. I find it too tedious. I might not even enjoy the handsoap making process after a while and all those items will go to waste.

I was telling her about it when she asked me to go check out these wonderful handmade soaps here at this site. OMG.... they are so lovely. I may not be making them, but i sure would love to buy some handmade sopas for my own use. I have a few birthday parties to attend for the next coming months. These wonderful handmade soaps will make great gifts!!!! If you are looking for a place to buy handmade soaps online, i suggest you check out the liks i left here in this post. You wont be disappointed.

Need clothing for girls

This is indeed one of the busiest time of the year. Last December, i've been out shopping almost every other day. My legs were so tired and i even broke the heels of two pairs of shoes, believe you me. Dont laugh, k. But that only gave me more reasons to buy new ones. In all, i really had fun buying presents for friends and family members.

I didnt buy anything much for myself. There are many items on my wishlist and if i were to buy every single one of them, i'll be broke very soon. So, i'll leave it at that and hope someone will be kind enough to fulfil them for me, lol. *hint.... hint.... *

Chinese New Year is just round the corner and i have to go help a friend buy clothing for girls. She has so four girls and i guess it can be a nightmare to buy for so many gilrs at once. Me, if i ever have kids, i'll buy clothes for them online. So much better. I dont think i'll enjoy taking them all out to the malls with me when i go shopping.

My cousin told me she found some really nice clothing for girls online and gave me the link to go check it out. If you have a lot of girls like my firned, i think you may find the place useful. Not to me though. Maybe next time. Anyway, go check the site out fi you need girls clothes, k.

Would you buy an old house?

We drove past a row of olds house today. There are two units with the "For Sale" sign on the gate, right next to each other with the first being a corner unit. I told hubby if i were to buy the house, i would buy both units at once. Old houses are cheap and i guess, for the same price, we wont be able to find a bigger unit than these two combined. Hubby reminded me that what we are buying is only the piece of land that sits beneth the houses. The actual building itself is of not much value as it's so old. Though we may be able to get a good deal on the selling price, we may have to fork out quite a lot to renovate it.

What's so difficult about renovating a house. We've been in this industry for so many years. Nothing can get in the way when it comes to architectural design and build. Anyway, this is just small talk. We're not in the market for a house until property prices hits rock bottom. I dont think we have long to wait what with the current ecenomic situation. We just have to be patient and earn as much cash as possible right now. Not a minute to lose.

Further down the road, we saw a house undergoing renivation. As it's a intermediate unit, not much can be done. We saw some disposable bins out side the house and i asked hubby if he still remembers those days where we used to contact skip hire or not. He cant, lol. Anyway, it's good to see that people are so civic conscious these days. I guess no one wants to run foul of the law these days, huh. Best to use bins to dispose off all the garbage than get a ticket for dirtying the neighborhood.

Looking for good quality workwear

Come next year, my cousin will have to start looking for a job. He just finished his studies and according to his mom, he isnt expecting straight As. He was ill sometime prior to his exams, and couldnt concentrate in his studies. My uncle asked to consider sitting for his exams one more time next year. He dint agree to his suggestion, nor did he disagree. But if i were him, i would re-sit. Life can be really difficult without a certificate this dcays. Especially now that the country's ecenomy is so bad, i can foresee many people finding it difficult to make ends meet.

When i asked him last night, he told me he wants to look for a job as a mechanic. He loves cars, and he would like to have a go at being amechanic before he enrolls himself into a vocational school. That's good to hear. He asked me if i know of a brand that sells good quality workwear or not. Hmmmm.... let me see. If i'm not wrong, Carhartt sells them. And they do have a lot of high quality workwear. I've left the link to Carhartt in this post for those of you looking for good quality workwear. Check it out, ya.

When Is The Property Market Going To Crash?

I'm so broke. The current global economic situation isnt doing anyone good. I have friends who lost a lot of money in the stock market. I have more out of a job. Then there are a few who cant meet up with their mortgage. Jeffry is up to his neck in credit card debts. I even have some who called up to borrow money. So, what can i do about it? Apparently, there's nothing much that i can do except to lend them a listening ear, and a shoulder to cry on. I need money myself.

Life is so diificult with soaring food prices. Electricity tariff is up, petrol is up, everything is up. Too bad my income isnt showing any signs of going up. No money, no talk. Sad fact i have to live with. With the festive season not so far away, i think it's time i start jotting down what i need so that i dont by on impulse. If it's not on the list, it goes back to the shelf, period.

I may be considered one of the lucky fews who do not have high overheads. I dont have a house, i dont own a car, in fact, i have nothing in my name, lol. Wait.... i do. I have more than ten credit cards in my name. Thank god i keep them locked up inside the drawer and only take one with the lowest credit limit with me when i go out. With my current income, i dont think i have much cash to splurge on more gadgets.

Early this year, i asked hubby when can we ever move out to a place of our own. He says to wait till the property market crash first. We have to be very patient and save as much cash as possible. A friend asked me last month if we would like to buy his house or not. Nope, way over-priced in my opinion. He just wanted to get rid of it fast.

Given the choice, i really wouldnt want to stay here at all. How i wish i'm a millionaire and can afford to buy just about any property that i want. I was surfing just now and stumbled across these luxury santa fe real estate. Take a good look at those santa fe homes for sale. Dont you agree that life's great when you have the dough to throw around. Sigh, not happening at all. Well, i'll just bookmark this santa fe mls and come back for them when i make my very first million. Right now, i can only drool.
